school days are back...

today was my first day at my new school. i will be attending riverchase day school in hoover. mommy is really excited about my new teacher, mrs susan. she has special training to help me with learning to write. more responsibilities will be expected of me this year. i will have to carry my own school bag to class. my curriculum will be more structured & the subject matter will be more difficult. some of the units we will study include the following: the solar system, geography of our country & the world, life sciences & the election process. oh yeah -- but first, we will all learn how to be friends & follow the rules!

following school, we came back to our house. i had such a great day at school that mommy gave me ice cream as a reward! the days are getting cooler now, so we sat on the patio to eat ice cream. what a great day!!
