"hello, world!": lego land, day 2...

hello world!

my name is Mary Kathryn. i celebrated my seventh birthday on august 7, 2015. i still love music, especially anything that my daddy plays on the piano for me. i attend second grade & while i will tell you that i do not like school, i actually enjoy it. i enjoy reading about characters from "paw patrol" & "lego friends" & recently have begun reading some chapter books. often i use check lists to help me complete tasks & to help me know what to expect. i am constantly drawing & usually have several notebooks & pens handy. (my favorite pens are the pilot G2-07 black ones... you can't blame a girl for choosing the best!) some of my favorite things are dolphins, fish, whales, and pretty much anything that is PinK! i like to update this blog regularly so that everyone knows what is going on with me. please visit often, because i try to make a post at least every 2 or 3 days!

lego land, day 2...

we started out monday morning with another character breakfast (i'll explain more in my next post) then we entered the lego park again. judy & craig rode the carousel with me -- i prefer to use the bench seat, rather than ride the up-and-down horses. then we attended olivia's press conference at the heartlake city newsroom. olivia remembered my name (from our breakfast together) and even had everyone to yell out "luau field day!!"

i found my lego friend stephanie & her dog, coco, riding around heartlake city. i also found my green bird friend, kiki, sitting up high in a tree. if you can't tell from these pictures, i am dancing for joy at the sight of kiki.

we squeezed in a bit more adventure on mia's horse ride.

we also squeezed in another viewing of the heartlake friends live show!

i also rode a tractor & a train (these were little-kid rides, so i did them all by myself.)

we also rode merlin's adventure, which was a bit crazier of a ride. now, i must admit that i usually told mommy & daddy that i didn't want to ride any rides. i initially said NO to the joust, carousel, train & tractor. sometimes i just worry about new experiences. so i was walking along, just reading my lego park map & all of a sudden, mommy told me to get into this lego train type of car. (we had been waiting in line & i didn't even know it!) so i got in the merlin-car & i was hooked! i loved this ride SO much, i would exit & then get right back on! i rode it FIVE times!!

we did a repeat of the joust & tetracycle then we went over to the lego "CITY" section. i helped judy & craig put out a fire. (honestly, they did most of the work!)
